LBMP provides timely, fair, impartial EEO and misconduct investigations. We develop thorough investigative plans that detail the process we will follow including initial interviews and document requests. Once the investigation is complete LBMP provides a draft report and allows as much as a 14-day review period to ensure completeness. We actively seek and encourage our clients to engage in an interactive process that we believe ensures a transparent investigation.

Final Agency Decision/Position Statement

LBMP is also available to provide thorough and legally sound final agency decisions or position statements that answer any charge or allegation of discrimination. LBMP provides confidential, neutral counseling and mediation services designed to assist the parties in finding creative, effective and mutually desirable solutions.
